Onepanelforall is the central panel built for every site in our ecosystem: StackFaber, mailtomany, isituprightnow, BerryCookie and the rest. Instead of ten admin panels open in ten tabs, contact messages, new accounts, uptime alerts and payment events all land in one place. It isn't a product for sale; it's the internal tool that keeps everything together. We're writing about it because anyone who runs more than two sites has the problem it solves.
The problem
Every site has its own admin panel, its own inbox for contact messages and its own stats. With one site that's easy. With seven, you end up opening panels one after another just to check whether anyone wrote, and a customer's message sits unread for a week because it came in on the site you didn't look at.
What the panel shows
- One row per site: whether it's up or down, new messages, accounts created today, in the last 7 days and in the last 30, failed payments and the last signal received.
- A shared inbox for every contact message, filtered by site and by status (unread, open, resolved), with search.
- User stats: sign-ups per day, week or month, and the latest accounts.
- Uptime alerts from isituprightnow, matched automatically to the site they're about.
How data gets in
The sites don't open anything to the outside. Each one sends events to the panel as cryptographically signed messages (HMAC-SHA256), with its own key and secret. The panel checks the signature, the time and that the message hasn't been seen before, so nobody else can forge or replay it. If an event arrives twice, it's recorded once.
For sites written in .NET there's a small library: one call sends an event, and the background version batches events and retries on its own when the panel doesn't answer.
Privacy by design
A panel that collects data from several sites has to be strict about it. onepanelforall can find, export or erase everything known about an email address, for GDPR requests. Old data is deleted automatically under clear rules, and every sign-in, change, export or rejected signature goes into an audit log. The panel sits behind Cloudflare Access and doesn't show up in search engines.
What's next
A Node.js library, a WordPress plugin and a dedicated payments section are still planned. If the panel ever becomes a product for others, we'll announce it here on Genstackcore. Until then, it stays the tool behind the ecosystem, still in development.
