Mailtomany is a Romanian email marketing and transactional email platform. You send newsletters to contacts who subscribed, automate the messages that need to go out at the right moment and, if you're a developer, send email from your own app through a simple API. Data is stored in the European Union.

Campaigns without code

You build emails in a drag-and-drop editor, from a template or from scratch, and check how they look on desktop and on a phone before sending. You send a campaign right away or schedule it, pause it or stop it, and you can A/B test subject lines or content with up to three variants. The winning variant is picked automatically and sent to the rest of the list.

Contacts and consent

  • CSV or Excel import, lists, tags and custom fields.
  • Segments, so each group only gets what it cares about.
  • Signup forms with double opt-in.
  • Proof of consent kept for every contact, useful when you need to show where an address came from.

Automations

Some emails should go out on their own: a welcome message when someone subscribes, a birthday greeting, a sequence after a given action. In mailtomany you build them as a flow, with triggers (joining a list, a tag, a date, an event), emails and conditions.

An API for transactional email

Order confirmations, password resets and notifications go out from your app through an HTTP call with an API key. Transactional and marketing emails travel on separate streams, so a large campaign never delays a reset code, but they share the same suppression list. SMTP sending for customers is coming soon.

Deliverability

A newsletter that lands in spam is as useless as one that was never sent. mailtomany walks you through domain verification with DKIM, SPF and DMARC, adds the one-click unsubscribe that Gmail and Yahoo now require, and automatically turns bouncing or complaining addresses into suppressions so they don't hurt your reputation. Failed sends are retried automatically.

After each campaign you get reports with opens and clicks.

  • Prices in RON and card payments through Romanian processors.
  • Automatic invoicing, including Romania's e-Factura.
